Gut & Digestion
Gut & Digestion is the foundational supplement included in the Digestive Stack. It provides unique and essential support found in grass-fed and grass-finished tripe (stomach), intestines, pancreas, liver, and spleen.
Tripe is a robust source of the mineral manganese, and dietary manganese can decrease intestinal permeability and enhance microbiota composition.
Liver is the single most nutritious natural food on the planet, both in terms of density and variety. It is incredibly rich in vitamins, minerals, peptides and enzymes to support immune, reproductive, digestive, musculoskeletal, and nervous health.
Pancreas contains enzymes such as amylase, lipase, and trypsin, as well as B5, B12, and selenium to support digestion and the gut microbiome.

I have tried numerous supplements and brands. I am extremely pick about the quality and sourcing of the vitamin. I will stick with this one.
No scent or aftertaste. Capsules are easy to swallow. I had the Joints and the Kidney fat previously and my body was recovering nicely, post training and performance injuries.

No more bloating!!
I gradually increased my dose to full recommended dosing over the course of about a month. I take half with breakfast and half with lunch. I have almost no bloating, my mode has leveled, and rarley have any GI symptoms. Just reordered my 2nd regimen!
Okay, but not for me
My wife absolutely loves them, and they work great for her. For me however, I cannot take them without negative side effects. Started off with 1 pill every 2 days and the stomach pains and nausea kept getting worse and worse.... Stopped taking it and everything resolved. Works great for some, and not great for others. If you got gut issues recommend starting very slowly to see if you can handle it. Cheers hope this review helps you.
