Phosphatidylserine

A phospholipid found robustly in brain and nervous tissue essential for stress management, working memory, and optimal cognitive performance.

Sphingolipids

A special type of lipid (fat) found abundantly in brain and nervous tissue provides physical and chemical stability, resistance, as well as supports proper nerve cell performance and communication.

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)

A critical growth factor found in brain to enhance nerve cell health, communication, synaptic transmission, and protection. Low BDNF has been identified in many neurodegenerative disease states.

DHA/EPA

Essential omega-3 fatty acids found robustly beef (bovine) brain critical for focus as well as moderating inflammation associated with anxiousness, depressiveness, and other mood-related symptoms.

Choline

Essential for the synthesis and release of neurotransmitters, such as acetylcholine, which is necessary for memory, cognition, mood stability, muscle control, and much more.

B12

A critical B vitamin for overall nerve health, neurotransmitter synthesis, mood, cognition, and energy.

Folate (B9)

An essential B vitamin to support optimal repair and growth of nerve cells as well as neurotransmitter synthesis.

Riboflavin (B2)

A crucial B vitamin required for myelin sheath synthesis—insulating layer surrounding nerve cells—to allow for proper transmission and communication between nervous tissue.

Pantothenic Acid (B5)

A key vitamin required for the synthesis of coenzyme A (CoA). Beyond its role in cell metabolism, CoA contributes to the synthesis of cholesterol, amino acids, phospholipids, neurotransmitters, and steroid hormones.

Selenium

An important mineral strongly involved in antioxidant defense activity as well as inflammation moderation which serves to improve brain health.

Copper

A crucial mineral for brain development during fetal and post-natal growth, as well as maintenance of brain and nerve health throughout life, including effective antioxidant defense.

Mood Memory and Brain

I started eating organs before I purchased Mood Memory and Brain, but I was limited on my ***** selection. So, I was very excited to start taking these supplements. I definitely feel much, much better mentally. My job involves much mental work and I know that this put me ahead even more than before.

Mood Memory and Brain

It's been 5 weeks now and I truly have not noticed any improvement. I am looking to improve gut health but this supplement was suggested also. I still need to order the Gut and Digestion supplement and am hoping when I get started on that .. I will notice something. Oh I also started with Beef Organs at the same time. I do have MTHFR issues so I feel I need to give my body extra time.

No more meds or nootropics for me! I'll take Heart & Soil

I made health and nutrition a priority going into 2023 and part of that was getting off my prescribed amphetamines for ADHD. A big reason I got off the meds was because I literally felt like I couldn't function without them and I hated being so dependent on something that could be so damaging long-term and I just didn't feel like myself unless I took them. The month of January was spent exploring various nootropics and alternatives with very little success. Sure, they helped take the edge off - gave me a small energy boost and some focus but didn't seem to really help that much. I discovered Dr. Saladino's research near the end of January and devoured "The Carnivore Code" and dozens of his podcast episodes and learned the benefits of going animal based and the nutritional value that a nose-to-tail diet provides. A month into taking Mood, Memory and Brain I can honestly say it blows all the other nootropics out of the water. My overall mood, energy, sleep, and focus have all increased dramatically. And the best part? No crashes like with meds, caffeine or nootropics! Even today, I wasn't able to take it until later in the day and I noticed a huge difference in my energy. Obviously, for those struggling with focus and energy - this isn't a one all cure for any of that but it gives you the building blocks for a really strong foundation. Include it in your regime along with good sleep, a solid animal-based diet, exercise and daily routine and it will help you thrive. I haven't touched a prescribed med for over a month and I went from consuming 300-400mg of caffeine a day just to survive to maybe 50mg a week if that. Heart & Soil definitely is helping fill my nutritional requirements and overall just gets the job done. I love taking it knowing how much good it will be for my body long-term as well. Your body will thank you!
