It is hard to put words to my experience with these products. It is a bit early to determine outcomes, as I have pretty good habits already, and it has only been about 3 weeks on these. That said, I am a total dark chocolate (80% dark!) freak and have always struggled with sugar cravings, but since I started these formulas, my cravings are fewer and less intense. I am also peri-menopausal and, due to many years of profound stress, my testosterone levels are non-existent and my hair is thinner than feels appropriate. I am using Skin, Hair, and Nails, Fire Starter, and Bone and Liver. They feel good intuitively. (I am a licensed Naturopathic doctor and have handled thousands of different supplements in the last 20 years, so I have a well-developed sense of when a supplement is well-formulated). My energy has improved, as has my mood. The hair will take a while to reveal outcomes, as will my intended hormonal improvements. I feel that the formulas are getting me teed up for the dietary changes I need to make, but without these I honestly don't think I would have had the energy or determination to maintain new habits. Thank you for this beautiful line of products. I plan to start my 11 yr old son on some soon and can't wait to see how his developing body assimilates them!
