Absolutely! We have designed our products to be taken together and have little concern about overdoing it or nutrient overdose.
We generally suggest a dose of six capsules of each supplement per day. This is a good starting point; the amount can be doubled or tripled for added support. While some will also choose to include as little as half the suggested dosage (or less) and still see great results.
If you are new to freeze-dried organ supplements, we strongly encourage you to start with a lower dose and increase gradually.
Our supplements are not synthetically derived and hyper-concentrated like traditional supplements. They are freeze-dried food put in a capsule for convenient consumption.
One serving of our organ meat capsules contains the nutrient equivalent of about .5 oz of fresh organ meats, and we generally suggest that people eat 1-3 oz of organ meats daily.
Our supplements are sourced from grass-fed, grass-finished cows raised on regenerative farms in New Zealand that are not given antibiotics, hormones, or any GMO feed.
In addition to being non-GMO and free of antibiotics, none of our supplements have additives, fillers, preservatives, or flow agents. We rigorously test all our products for heavy metals and other contaminants.
High-quality, contaminant-free products are fundamental to our mission here at Heart & Soil. Because of this, we send samples of both the freeze-dried organs and gelatin capsules to be tested for pesticides, heavy metals, and microbes.
Our supplements are desiccated and free of moisture, which means the shelf life of our supplements is very, very long. You can find an "expiration" date on each bottle's bottom.
There's no need to refrigerate them; they'll be fine kept in a dry, room-temperature environment, such as a kitchen cabinet.
