Are your supplements organic and free from GMOs?
Our supplements are sourced from grass-fed, grass-finished cows raised on regenerative farms in New Zealand that are not given antibiotics, hormones, or any GMO feed.
In addition to being non-GMO and free of antibiotics, none of our supplements have additives, fillers, preservatives, or flow agents. We rigorously test all our products for heavy metals and other contaminants.
Also, the regenerative ranchers we partner with in New Zealand do not use glyphosate. Regular testing for glyphosate and its metabolites is required in cattle products by the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries due to the concept of "spray drift." To date, no cattle or cattle products have been found with detectable levels of glyphosate or its metabolite byproducts.
How can I properly use these supplements?
We generally suggest a dose of six capsules of each supplement per day. This is a good starting point; the amount can be doubled or tripled for added support. While some will also choose to include as little as half the suggested dosage (or less) and still see great results.
If you are new to freeze-dried organ supplements, we strongly encourage you to start with a lower dose and increase gradually. In this case, we suggest starting with one to two capsules of each per day for the first week and increasing by one capsule every two to three days until you reach six capsules per day (some find benefits before this, though, as noted above).
Even though the capsules we provide are considered a "supplement," they are real food and can be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal.
We also suggest taking these in the morning, and if you wanted to split up the dose, we would do morning and afternoon. Often customers notice an increase in energy after taking them, so we do not suggest taking these in the evening or before bed.
What is the shelf life, and do they have to be refrigerated?
Our supplements are desiccated and free of moisture, which means the shelf life of our supplements is very, very long. You can find an "expiration" date on each bottle's bottom.
There's no need to refrigerate them; they'll be fine kept in a dry, room-temperature environment, such as a kitchen cabinet.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for any product purchased in the last 60 days, even if it has been opened.
Before a return or refund, we also like to help troubleshoot any issues you might be having with our supplements or reaching your health goals. Remember that if you are new to freeze-dried organ supplements, we encourage you to start with a lower dose (typically one to two capsules per day) and increase gradually.
