Feast for a Year 2026
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING WHEN THE EQUIVALENT FREE MAIL-IN BONUS METHOD IS USED. LIMIT ONE FREE DAILY ONLINE ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE PERSON PER CENTRAL TIME CALENDAR DAY. LIMIT ONE TEN-ENTRY BONUS AWARD PER PERSON PER DATE ACROSS QUALIFYING ORDERS AND VALID MAIL-IN REQUESTS, UP TO FIVE BONUS DATES TOTAL. MAXIMUM 86 ENTRIES PER PERSON. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
These Official Rules govern the Feast for a Year 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local law.
1. Sponsor and administrator
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Heart & Soil Supplements, LLC, 26222 Ranch Road 12, Dripping Springs, TX 78620 (“Sponsor”).
Sponsor administers the Sweepstakes. Sponsor uses the ViralSweep software platform to record and count entries and perform the random drawing. Sponsor personnel will initiate the drawing after eligible online, order and timely mail-in entries have been reconciled; Sponsor will verify potential winners, notify them and coordinate prize fulfillment. ViralSweep personnel will not operate the drawing or administer the Sweepstakes for Sponsor.
Elkins Cattle Co. is a prize partner and supplier. It is not a co-sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes and is included among the Released Parties described in Section 11.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, X, TikTok or any other social platform on which it may be promoted. Entrants release those platforms from claims arising from the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Elkins Cattle Co., prize suppliers, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies and fulfillment partners—and members of their immediate families or households—are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residence and eligibility.
3. Sweepstakes period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 11, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time and ends for online entries and qualifying orders on November 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The separate mail-in bonus deadlines in Section 5.C apply to mail-in requests.
Sponsor’s designated system is the official timekeeping device for online entries and orders. Mail-in bonus requests must bear a legible USPS postmark dated no later than November 16, 2026 and be physically received at the approved mail-in address by November 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Envelopes with a missing, illegible or later postmark do not qualify.
4. Agreement to the rules
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding where permitted by law. Receiving a prize depends on satisfying all eligibility, verification and documentation requirements.
5. How to enter
An eligible person may earn up to thirty-six (36) free daily base entries and up to fifty (50) bonus entries under the deadlines below, for a maximum of eighty-six (86) entries. A purchase is never required. Bonus entries are available through qualifying orders or an equivalent free mail-in method.
A. Free daily online form — one base entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://shop.heartandsoil.co/feast-for-a-year and submit the free daily entry form with your first name, last name and email address. A valid submission earns one (1) base entry for the Central Time calendar date received. You may return and enter on each later eligible day. An optional SMS step follows the required form; completing or skipping that step does not add an entry or affect eligibility or odds. Promotional email and SMS consent are optional and separate from entry.
B. Qualifying order — ten bonus entries
During the Sweepstakes Period, a Heart & Soil online order through https://shop.heartandsoil.co, including a subscription-renewal order, may qualify its Central Time calendar date for one ten-entry bonus award if payment is confirmed before the December 1 drawing. The order must contain at least one Heart & Soil product other than a gift card with a positive net price after discounts and any refunds. A mixed cart qualifies if that condition remains met. There is no minimum spend. Gift cards used to pay for eligible products are permitted; buying only gift cards, or paying only tax or shipping on otherwise free items, does not qualify. Test, cancelled, fully refunded and fully charged-back orders do not qualify. A partial refund or chargeback does not automatically disqualify an order if eligible paid merchandise remains. The order bonus belongs to the purchaser identified in the order, not a gift or shipping recipient. Multiple qualifying orders on the same date, or an order and a valid mail-in request dated the same day, earn only one ten-entry bonus award combined. A free daily base entry on that date remains valid and independent of the bonus award.
Order bonus entries are provisional until Sponsor confirms eligibility, payment, cancellation, refund and chargeback status and completes any needed fraud review. A fraud or risk flag alone does not automatically disqualify an order; Sponsor will review relevant records and document any decision to remove a bonus. If an order is later disqualified, its ten (10) bonus entries are removed without affecting a valid daily base entry. Tax, shipping and order value do not change the fixed ten-entry award.
C. Free mail-in method — ten bonus entries
For a no-purchase ten-entry bonus award, hand-print your full legal name, residential mailing address, email address, state of legal residence, and a statement that you are at least eighteen (18) years old on one plain 3 × 5 inch card. Place one card in a separate #10 business-size envelope bearing your legible full name and return address, affix sufficient First-Class postage, and mail it to: Feast for a Year 2026 Mail-In Entry, Heart & Soil Supplements, LLC, 26222 Ranch Road 12, Dripping Springs, TX 78620.
Each valid envelope offers the same chance to earn ten (10) bonus entries as one qualifying order, with the same prize pool and entry weight. At most one ten-entry bonus award may be credited per person per date across mail-in requests and orders. Up to five separately mailed envelopes with distinct valid postmark dates may earn bonus awards, subject to the five-date combined cap. Multiple envelopes, orders or a mix of both dated the same day still earn only one ten-entry bonus award. No online daily submission, purchase or marketing consent is required. Bulk shipments, photocopied or mechanically reproduced cards, envelopes without a legible full-name return address, and incomplete or postage-due requests are invalid, subject to legal review.
Mail-in requests must bear a legible USPS postmark dated no later than Monday, November 16, 2026 and be physically received by Friday, November 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). An envelope with no postmark, an illegible postmark or a postmark dated after November 16 is invalid, even if other mailing evidence is available.
D. Combined limits and odds
Each eligible person may receive no more than one (1) free daily base entry per Central Time calendar date, up to thirty-six (36) base entries total. Each person may also receive no more than one (1) ten-entry bonus award per date combined across qualifying orders and valid mail-in requests, and no more than five (5) bonus awards on distinct dates, up to fifty (50) bonus entries total. For the daily bonus limit, an order is dated by its Shopify order-created timestamp converted to Central Time (checkout completion for a checkout order; order creation for a subscription renewal), and a mail-in request by its legible USPS postmark date. If multiple valid bonus actions fall on the same date, they produce only one ten-entry award. Only the first five distinct dates with at least one valid bonus action count. If all actions on a credited date are later invalidated, the next timely valid bonus date takes its place. A free daily base entry and one bonus award may be credited on the same date, for eleven (11) entries that day; the maximum remains eighty-six (86) entries per person. Each credited entry has equal weight in the drawing regardless of method.
Any attempt to exceed these limits through multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, envelopes or automated methods may void associated entries and result in disqualification, subject to applicable law.
6. Drawing and odds
After all timely online, order and mail-in entries have been received and reconciled, Sponsor will use ViralSweep on December 1, 2026 to draw potential winners from the eligible-entry pool in this order: one (1) grand-prize winner, ten (10) one-year-supplement winners and one hundred (100) single-supplement winners. Each eligible entry has equal weight. No person may win more than one prize. Sponsor will preserve the drawing record and use the same random method for any required alternate selection. The verified grand-prize winner is scheduled for public announcement on December 3, 2026, subject to Section 9.
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Every individual entry has equal weight; a qualifying order and valid free mail-in request each contribute ten entries, and a free daily online submission contributes one.
If a potential winner is ineligible, declines, fails to respond or does not complete required verification on time, Sponsor may select an alternate for the same prize tier from the remaining eligible nonwinning entries.

8. Prize conditions
No cash alternative or transfer is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component with one of equal or greater value if the stated item becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.
Winners are responsible for federal, state and local taxes and for costs not expressly included. A winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent tax document.
Actual prize value may vary. A winner will not receive the difference between stated and actual value.
9. Winner notification and verification
Sponsor will email the potential grand-prize winner at the email address supplied with the entry on December 1, 2026, and will email the other potential winners no later than December 2, 2026. Each potential winner must respond within five (5) business days after the email is sent. Sponsor will announce the verified grand-prize winner on December 3, 2026 if verification is complete. If not, Sponsor will not name an unverified entrant and will publish the winner’s name after verification or alternate selection is complete.
A potential winner may be required to return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documentation and any prize-specific fulfillment forms within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor sends the initial winner email.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within five (5) business days, fails to provide required documents within seven (7) calendar days, declines the prize or otherwise fails to comply, the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor may select and notify an alternate for that prize tier using the same weighted random method from the remaining eligible nonwinning entries. Sponsor will retain a record of the original and alternate selections.
If an entry is disputed, Sponsor will compare the first and last name and email supplied with a daily entry against purchaser details, mail-in card information and other relevant records. Sponsor will review ambiguous matches and may request proof of identity or eligibility. A shared household or internet connection alone will not establish that two entrants are the same person.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city/state, voice, statements, photograph and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. Release and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Elkins Cattle Co., prize suppliers, social platforms and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims arising from participation, entry processing, winner selection, prize acceptance, delivery, possession or use.
Released Parties are not responsible for entries or communications that are lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, delayed or inaccessible; technical failures; unauthorized intervention; human error; or printing, production or typographical error.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Integrity, suspension and termination
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or disrupts the Sweepstakes.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or another event compromises the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate it, subject to applicable law, and may select winners from eligible entries received before the action or through another fair method.
13. Privacy and marketing consent
Personal information will be handled under Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://shop.heartandsoil.co/policies/privacy-policy.
Sweepstakes entry and marketing consent must be recorded separately. Choosing not to subscribe to promotional email or SMS must not affect eligibility or odds.
14. Disputes and governing law
Governing law. These Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration agreement below. Nothing in this section deprives an entrant of nonwaivable protections under applicable law.
Individual binding arbitration. Except for claims that may be brought individually in small-claims court and claims that applicable law does not permit to be arbitrated, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules or any prize will be resolved by binding arbitration before one neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. The legal seat of arbitration will be Austin, Texas. Hearings may take place remotely or at another location required by the applicable AAA rules or nonwaivable law; an entrant will not be required to travel to Austin if those rules or laws provide otherwise. Arbitration fees and costs will be allocated under the applicable AAA rules and law, and Sponsor will pay any fees it is required to pay. The arbitrator may award any individual relief available under applicable law. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Jury-trial and class-action waiver. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPONSOR AND EACH ENTRANT WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR CLAIMS SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. SUCH CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate different persons’ claims or conduct a class, collective or representative proceeding unless all affected parties agree. This provision does not waive any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, including any nonwaivable right to seek public injunctive relief.
Court proceedings and limitations. For proceedings to compel arbitration, confirm or challenge an award, or resolve claims not subject to arbitration, Sponsor and each entrant consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, except where applicable law requires another forum or permits an individual small-claims action elsewhere. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Sponsor nor an entrant may recover punitive, exemplary, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Sweepstakes. This limitation does not exclude actual direct damages, remedies or attorneys’ fees available under nonwaivable law, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Severability. If any part of this section is unenforceable, it will be severed to the extent possible and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. If the class-action waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim or requested remedy, that claim or remedy will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction rather than in class arbitration; any remaining arbitrable claims will remain subject to individual arbitration to the extent permitted by law.
15. Severability and interpretation
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Headings are for convenience only. Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
